Web and Flash Designer
The Design Mine is seeking an expert level Flash
designer and programmer with equal parts design ability
and developer expertise.
Position will involve concept development, storyboarding,
interface design, programming and testing in a team
environment. The expectations are very high, so do
not respond if you do not have at least 5 years real
world commercial experience in an agency, web development
or advertising setting.
Position will also include HTML programming, and there
will be opportunity to design in other identity and
print areas.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Ability to work well with
a team in relation to existing design criteria.
• Strong attention to detail, testing and troubleshooting
skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong design sense
• Ability to problem solve and seek out answers to
all problems
• Ability to integrate design into dynamic, database
environments

Account Manager
We need someone who can love our clients
as much as we do!
We are currently looking for an exceptionally
talented Account Manager to provide strong project management
and support in the creation, development, production,
tactical execution and implementation of marketing and
advertising programs. This position will be responsible
for the day-to-day management of client relationships.
Qualified candidates will have 2-5 year agency experience
with direct client contact, and a solid understanding
of both print and interactive production.
The ideal candidate will have extensive
account service experience, and experience managing
the development of highly effective marketing, advertising,
strategic planning, market and research projects. The
position will manage day-to-day project responsibilities,
and will be responsible for guiding projects from inception
to completion. The candidate must have strong verbal
and written communication skills, and be highly organized.
Bachelor's degree and agency experience required.
